  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

⚠️ For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened bottles, capsules, or powders.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
